In the Coaching Experience you’ll work one-on-one with a Strengths Strategist to uncover important tools in your effectiveness arsenal. Together you’ll discover your own Strengths Strategy, your pattern of applying your strengths to create near-perfect performance time after time. You’ll learn how to calibrate your strength behaviors, and you’ll create an individualized strengths development action plan and accountability structure that will ensure what you’ve learned results in accelerated growth in your work and personal life.

With these tools in hand you’ll approach every situation with greater confidence knowing you have what you need to be successful. You’ll cause remarkable results as you leverage your strengths with greater awareness, intention and understanding of impact.
