Once completing the Strengths Strategy Team Discovery Learning Experience your team members will have greater respect for one another, increased ability to work with and understand others who are different from themselves, heightened efficiency, and improved communication. Your team will experience more effective teamwork and synergy. You will have significant gains in trust and excel in creative problem-solving.
In your process of Team Discovery your team will:
- Discover their top 5-6 strengths.
- Assess how the team’s culture is influenced by the presence or absence of strengths.
- Learn how to use strengths to expedite the journey from Forming and Storming as a team, to Norming and High Performing.
- Create a Team Strengths Strategy, defining how the team agrees to use their strengths effectively and to help team members stay accountable to honoring differences.
